- Vendor and contract management to ensure adherence to service level agreements for Bank facilities
- Project management for electrical installation projects and mechanical ventilation upgrades.
- Preparation of technical specifications for tender documentation for electrical maintenance, stabilizers, power back up and HVAC systems for refurbishment projects.
- Risk evaluation and monitoring to ensure compliance when contracting.
- Identify and implement cost management and sustainability initiatives for energy management.
- Develop, negotiate and manage long-term contractual agreements with suppliers and formulate service level agreements.
- Budgeting and allocation of resources for maintenance of equipment. Deliver on the category budget through strategic sourcing initiatives and spend analysis, category specific cost-drivers.
- Management information reporting through updating power systems database on energy and maintenance costs.
