My name is sandrine Grace wanjiru.i am interested in front office vacancy posted. I have a diploma in Hotel Management .In this I have a single diploma in Front office and customer service. I have also trained in Baobab Beach Resort and Spa for 6 months .During my training , I trained at the Front desk , reservations and guest relations. I also have knowledge in computer opera operations. I am also very hardworking, i am open to learning new things ,I believe in the team work and I am a team player. If given an opportunity I will put in a lot of effort to ensure the satisfaction of the guests and the success of the organisation.

I have trained at Baobab Beach resort and Spa . In my training,I worked at the Front office , reservations and Guest relations where I interacted with the guests on a day to day basis and perfected my skills. I also have experience and knowledge in Opera operations which includes checking in and check out of guests.

I have a Diploma in Hotel Management from Airtravel and related studies centre located in Karen. I also have a single Diploma in Front office operations Customer service.
