I'm a chef, one year experience. I am passionate about cooking. I am creative and innovative.
I have worked at Boma Inn production kitchen where I've helped produce food for students and the European kitchen where i helped produce fine dining European dishes. After that, I proceeded to work as a trainee at the Social House Nairobi for three months. There, I gained knowledge in Peruvian Cuisine as the restaurant I worked in was a Peruvian restaurant, Inca Restaurant . I was able to grow and learn a lot from there.
I studied at Boma International Hospitality College, South C. I specialised in Culinary Arts. I've studied there for seven months where I was trained effectively.
