I have had a fulfilling career in customer service working for a local Fintech MFS Technologies and a multinational ecommerce platform OLX.
My role gives me the opportunity to be a trusted customer advisor while still balancing the company needs.
I believe that I would be an asset to your organization as I have 6 years experience working in a fast paced call center. This has given me the ability to work under pressure and to handle different types of customers. In my role as a team lead at MFS Technologies I mastered the art of documentation as I was in charge of the call center Standard Operating procedures documentation and even came up with an escalation matrix document.
