As a call centre Supervisor I oversee activities of a team of call centre agents:ensuring excellent customer service, meeting performance targets, handling customer complaints, and providing training and coaching support to ensure continued improvement.
In addition, I am responsible for analysing data and producing reports, which may help identify areas of improvement and or adjusting.
I have a degree in Bachelor of science,Human resource management,got it in Muranga university of Technology
