As an experienced customer relations officer I am hardworking, self-motivated team leader, Flexible, quick leaner, with good time management and an engaged communicator with a proven track record.

With my experience, learnt and gained I believe I m a good match for the above position, having worked for GoCare Health Solutions sharpened my customer relations and retention.

Hura communication honed my abilities in customer relations providing a firm foundation on customer service, people centric nature and compassion which afforded me excellent communication skills.

Secondly having worked with Jumia Kenya as a customer service call agent i learn’t how to respond politely but convincingly to a client even though he or she is wrong as per the policy of the company.

Old mutual sustained my growth as a distribution support officer on the importance of working closely with other team members. Nairobi city county, public relation department taught me more on crisis management and community outreach.
