RESPONSIBILITIES,
- Transfer Manifest/Safari Chart preparation.
- Allocation of transfers/Safari to driver.
- Ensure timely pick-ups are done.
- Imprest requisition.
- Preparation of Vehicle Utilization/Fleet movement and Fleet cost summery reports.
- Supervision of All drivers,
- Ensuring that all Vehicles are of both mechanical and electrical good.
- Periodic inspection to both in-house and supplier vehicles,
- Counter checking of supplier invoice and preparation of payment.
- Reporting on all accidents/dent/scratches on all in-house vehicles,
- Keeping records of all expiries of licenses both for drivers and vehicles.
- Preparation of documents for renewal for expired licenses for vehicles
