DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Planning of annual leave days of staff in the warehouse and branches.
• Develop a training need analysis that was implemented as the training programme of the new employees in the company.
• Established an induction procedure which was effective to the company.
• Implemented the decisions of the management on the employee welfare and being.
• Established an employee database that assisted in capturing the essential employee information.
• Assisted in organizing the employees’ records.
• Participated in the disciplinary committee to hear the employee grievances.
• Handled the employees’ disputes, complaints and grievances.
• Ensure the company complies with the government in labor issues.
• Assisted in the hiring and placement of branch managers that proved effective for the company.

• Managed in planning leave days for the central warehouse and the branches thus reducing the leave liabilities.
• Set up the onboarding procedures that assisted in ensuring compliance with law on statutory deductions.
