I am a mature professional administrator with many years of experience having worked in diverse fields in flower farms, Hotels and Resorts in senior positions. I have good communication skills both spoken and written, keen on details and time management. I have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially in Excel.
Having training as a secretary I have good organization skills and a good planner with observance of high level of confidentiality. I have excellent skills of raising agenda and taking minutes in meetings after many years’ experience.
I have recently worked as a compliance manager at Eseriani Resort in Naivasha, Kenya which involved administrative duties in the whole resorts operations and especially in housekeeping department and managing guest experience. I have worked in many positions in Hotels and Golf Resort with exposure in all the departments. This includes, food hygiene, creation of SOPs, and management of master roll – off and leaves days.
Stock takes and controls and supervision of receiving of purchases. Other duties included supervision and inspection of house-keeping, Rooms, Cottages and Villas and report any maintenance issues and follow up to conclusion.
I was a Manager at Symphony Hotel in Naivasha that has 42 rooms, where I was in charge of all operations of the Food and beverage, housekeeping, Front office and maintenance department.
I worked as a Personal Assistant, to the General Manager at The Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort for 11 years and my duties among others were -
