- Lead plant production, quality and Maintenance personnel in day-to-day activities to achieve optimum productivity from safe and efficiently maintained equipment and facilities.
- Ensure efficient processing of incoming materials and goods while ensuring end products meet set quality standards and in liaison with external regulatory and inspection bodies.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on all machinery and equipment to minimize downtime, increase reliability and improve availability.

- Introduced, developed, trained, documented and maintained preventive maintenance Quality Management system on
Total productive maintenance (TPM) skills found very compatible to lean maintenance kaizen skill and ISO 9001:2015
and which has been found quite cost-effective.
- Expanded customer base two-fold through operations management excellence, nascent top-quality inspection/production, ever high machinery availability and impacted/improved production/operations efficiency.
- Through Lean manufacturing principles encompassed in kaizen skills, reduced unit operations cost through process streamlining to eliminate wastages and impact efficiency, which directed sales and marketing to lower unit item cost offered to our customers and lure more base.

- Developed, expanded and managed the existing scope of Preventive maintenance programs, carried out daily, weekly,
monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annual maintenance programs per planning schedule.
- Breakdown attendance or management intent on reducing the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) , expanding on the Mean
Time between Failure (MTBF) and inducing High Machinery Availability Ratio.
- Monitored and implemented maintenance budget to ensure no over expenditure, reviewed maintenance for cost-
effectiveness and prepared maintenance reports.

- Prepared and executed preventing maintenance schemes on building machinery, attend to occurring breakdowns efficiently, articulated and made available all spares required.
