· Level I & II Support Engineer offering IT Technical & End User Support services to Airtel HQ employees by phone, remote assistance, mail, visiting physically or by zoom.
· Configure and support users on skype for business microsoft teams and zoom.
· Monitor network to ensure network functionality and availability to all system users.
· Configure Windows Servers and PCs to the domain as per IT policies.
· Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, update and repair IT equipment e.g.
PCs, Servers, Network devices etc. or escalating to the vendor in cases of warranty.
· Preventive maintenance on PCs, Servers & other IT related peripherals.
· Troubleshoot and configure Outlook/Mails on client PCs, Macbooks, ipads & Smartphones using MS
Outlook exchange and Office 365.
· Identify and procure the purchase of IT Hardware, software & spares.
· IT trainings, orientation to new joinees and existing employees on internal applications and IT security policies.
· Install and monitor antivirus software and virus definitions on PCs and servers & ensuring they are up to date.
· Cisco IP Phones management, configuration & other related support.
· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers as well as manage repairs & toner requests.
· Support and maintain the company network, access points & distribution/Server rooms.
· Setup and support audio/visual equipment for presentations, conferences and trainings on and off site.
More than 9 Years in End User & IT Systems support, Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, IOS & Linux.
5+ years knowledge on Zoom, Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 & Microsoft 365 Support.
5+ years knowledge on Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
Cisco Meraki network infrastructure support.
