With my experience as a CCR, with good listening skills, I tend to offer satisfactory solutions to customers despite the challenge encountered.

Over 4 years of experience dealing with customers either directly on the field or over the phone, has given me the ability not be a good team player in solving and providing sustainable and satisfactory solutions in various complex situations.

I am currently partaking my diploma in business education.
