In my current role as a Warehouse and Distribution Manager (Chloride Exide (K) Ltd) I am tasked with managing reverse, in/ out bound logistics, warehousing, 3PL providers management,material handling, dispatch and distribution to meet customer demands. I have excelled in reducing inventory shortage, minimizing costs and maximizing working capital. In previous roles, I managed inventory and warehouse operations in line with policies and procedures; I streamlined daily operations and met customer service level agreements.
I have previously excelled in handling large volumes of inventory and data that constantly require a keen eye for detail and working knowledge in Health,
Safety and Quality management process in a busy FMCG Warehouse. I have experience using warehouse systems including SAP and Navision to manage inventories. Additionally, I have people management skills and have been able to train and build teams to perform efficiently and reducing cases on incident reports in the warehouse.
