As a Junior Construction Project Manager at Cabiro Construction Company, I supported project planning and implementation by assisting in the development of project schedules, reviewing construction plans, and ensuring that resources were effectively allocated.

I monitored construction progress on-site by comparing actual work completed with planned timelines and reporting any deviations to the senior project manager. I also assisted in coordinating site activities among contractors, site manager, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

In addition, I supported cost control by tracking project expenditures and helping maintain budget discipline. My role included enforcing safety regulations on-site, ensuring workers complied with safety standards and procedures.
