I am focused on defining and analyzing customer requests to resolve issues accurately and in a timely manner in order to win customer loyalty. Some of the roles I have handled include; ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner, tracking, following-up and resolving customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion; among other roles.
