I've worked as a customer care agent for a year now at a supermarket. I was in charge of ensuring customers got their orders on time, taking the orders. I'm passionate about serving customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the company's services.At my previous job I was in charge of receiving phonecalls, handling emails and texts and can answer upto 30 phonecalls a day. I am a warm person and I like talking to people.

I worked as a customer care agent at Power Star Supermarket Kikuyu branch for a year and a half.

I'm an undergraduate student of English and literature at the University of Nairobi.
