answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Identifying and analyzing customer problems or complaints and taking appropriate actions to resolve them. Utilizing effective problem-solving techniques and escalating complex issues to higher levels of management, if necessary.
Complaint Handling: Handling customer complaints and grievances with empathy and professionalism. Listening actively to understand customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions,
and following up to ensure satisfaction.
