담당업무

? 물류센터 입출고 전반 프로세스 리딩 및 운영 개선

? WMS, LMS 관리를 통한 물류 운영 및 생산성 개선

? 협력사 작업자 관리 및 작업 배정, 현장 이슈 조율

? 이상 사례(Incident, System Error 등) 분석 및 대처

? 물류 KPI 관리 및 운영 보고서 작성 (Daily, Weekly 등)

자격요건

? 물류센터 또는 유사 현장 운영 경력 8년 이상

? SAP 또는 유사 WMS 사용 능숙자

? 협력사 운영 관리 및 근로자 배치 경험

? 운영 지표 관리 및 리포트 작성 능력 (Excel 중급 이상)

? 문제 발생 시 신속하게 분석하고 대안 제시할 수 있는 분

우대사항

? 인근 거주자, 차량 소지자

? 물류센터 근무 경험자

? NCG, VAS, Incident 등 다양한 상황 대응 경험

? 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (고객사 보고용 커뮤니케이션 가능 수준)

전형절차

ㆍ서류 전형 > 1차 면접 > 2차 면접 > HR 면접> 최종 합격
