담당업무

ㆍ리셉션, 우편물, 오피스 편의 서비스의 원활한 운영 관리

ㆍ오피스 청소, 케이터링, 폐기물 처리 및 재활용 관련 서비스 관리

ㆍ건물 관리사무소 및 임대인(Landlord)과의 커뮤니케이션 및 업무 조율

ㆍ시설관리 관련 외부 협력업체 및 벤더 관리, 서비스 품질 확인

ㆍ시설 관련 구매 및 계약 관리, 견적서 및 입찰 관련 문서 준비 지원

ㆍ외부 협력업체의 인보이스 및 관련 기록 관리

ㆍ안전·보건 관련 업무 지원 및 비상상황 발생 시 적절한 초기 대응

ㆍ사내 임직원 및 관련 부서와 원활하게 소통

ㆍ전반적인 시설 운영이 관련 법규 및 회사 기준에 맞게 이루어질 수 있도록 지원

ㆍ 우체국, 은행 방문등의 간단한 외부 업무

ㆍㆍDHL, Courier 서비스 관리 업무

ㆍ 사내 비품 관리

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대학졸업 (2,3년제 이상)

ㆍ영어 : conversational

ㆍ경력 : 경력 무관

우대사항

ㆍ관련업무 경험자 우대

ㆍMS office 능숙자 우대

근무조건

ㆍ고용형태 : 계약직 (기간제)

ㆍ급여 : 면접후 결정
