포지션

Inquiry Management: Lead point of contact via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
Medical Interpretation: High-level interpretation (Korean ↔ English) for medical exams and surgeries. (Preferred for Proficiency in Russian)
Content & Review Management: Persuading satisfied patients to participate in video testimonials; conducting and filming interviews.
Post-Op Care: Providing detailed post-operative guidance and follow-up communication.

Qualifications

Language: Fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory.
Skills: Professional telephone etiquette, persuasive communication, and comfort with conducting video interviews.
Visa: Eligible for E-7 Visa sponsorship (Bachelor’s degree relevant qualifications).
Preferred: Proficiency in Russian.

Working Schedule

Days: 5 days a week (Must work on Saturdays).

Fixed Off-Days: Every Wednesday and Sunday.
Workplace: 11th Floor, Lotte World Tower (Directly connected to Jamsil Station).

주요 업무

· 문의 관리: 전화, WhatsApp 및 이메일을 통한 주 연락 담당자 역할을 수행합니다.

· 의료 통역: 검사 및 수술 시 높은 수준의 의료 통역(한국어 ↔ 영어)을 제공합니다. (러시아어 능통자 우대)

· 콘텐츠 및 리뷰 관리: 만족한 환자들이 영상 후기에 참여하도록 설득하며, 인터뷰를 진행하고 촬영합니다.

· 수술 후 관리: 상세한 수술 후 안내 및 사후 관리 소통을 제공합니다.

· 언어: 영어와 한국어 모두 능통함이 필수입니다.

· 기술: 전문적인 전화 예절, 설득력 있는 의사소통 능력, 영상 인터뷰 진행에 대한 능숙함이 필요합니다.

· 비자: 병원 취업 가능 비자 보유자여야 합니다 (학사 학위 관련 자격 요건 충족).

· 우대 사항: 러시아어 능통자를 우대합니다.

근무 일정

· 근무일: 주 5일 (토요일 근무 필수)

· 고정 휴무일: 매주 수요일 및 일요일

· 근무지: 롯데월드타워 11층 (잠실역과 직접 연결)

전형 절차

· 1단계: 서류 전형

· 2단계: 1차 면접 - 실무 및 언어 테스트

· 3단계: 2차 면접

· 4단계: 최종 합격 및 입사 제안

전형절차
