본 포지션은 모바일 애플리케이션 및 디지털 세일즈 채널의 운영, 개선, 프로젝트 관리를 담당하며 글로벌 조직과 긴밀하게 협업하게 됩니다.

▶️Digital Platform Manager

📋 주요업무

• Own and manage customer-facing mobile applications and digital platforms.
• Manage application backends and integrations with internal and external digital services.
• Support online sales channels and related transaction systems.
• Manage API integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), and user access management.
• Plan and coordinate application releases through Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Coordinate release deployment and local configurations with global product teams.
• Conduct testing and acceptance of new releases, including functionality, content, pricing, and customer journey validation.
• Monitor application performance, adoption, incident trends, crash rates, and customer feedback.
• Monitor online sales funnel performance, including inquiry, checkout, payment, and transaction processes.
• Manage external vendors, including scope definition, contract management, quality assurance, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, governance, and compliance teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Coordinate application support and ensure stable operational service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement, online sales, and O2O business processes.
• Design and implement applications, workflow automation solutions, and data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, documentation, and reporting activities.

📋 자격요건

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in IT product, project, or service management.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Experience with mobile applications, digital platforms, web services, or digital product operations.
• Experience with API integration, system integration, or application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies such as iOS, Android, ASP.NET, or React.js.
• Experience managing application releases through Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and global teams.

📋 우대사항

• Experience in digital transformation, change management, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer journey, or digital marketing environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Single Sign-On (SSO), or Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM).
• Knowledge of payment integration, online sales funnels, and customer-facing digital services.
• Experience with workflow automation, low-code platforms, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Cloud, Agile, Scrum Master, or related professional certifications.
• Understanding of the Korean digital business landscape.
