Responsible for supporting the people agenda at Daegu Plant, with a focus on HR business partnership, talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational change. Also supports Korea-wide HR initiatives in clos e partnership with the Korea HR Head.

[ 담당 업무 ]

• HR Business Partnership & Employee Relations

-Partner with Plant leaders and line managers to identify people and organizational needs and provide practical

HR solutions.

• Talent Acquisition

-Manage end-to-end recruitment for Daegu Plant and support Korea-wide recruitment based on business needs.

• Employee Engagement & Change Management

-Drive Plant engagement activities by analyzing employee feedback and partnering with leaders on improvement actions

• Performance, Development & Workforce Planning

-Support performance management, talent review and employee development in partnership with the Korea HR Head and line leaders.

[ 자격 요건 ]

• 학사 이상
• 채용 A~Z 경험
• 제조 공장 HR 경력자
• 총 경력 7~13년
• 근로기준법 지식
• Business English 구사

[ 우대 사항 ]

• 식음료 제조업 경험
• HRBP 경험
