Exdigm Inc. is a professional executive search firm based in Seoul, specializing in the recruitment of high caliber professionals for distinguished multinational companies as well as capable domestic companies. Exdigm Inc. is seeking a ‘Consultant or Researcher’ as follow:

• Job Title: Headhunter (Consultant or Researcher)
• Gender: Male or Female
• Location: Seoul

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Executed the full search process from kick-off to close and follow up
• Contact potential candidates (cold calls) and conduct interviews
• Manage/prescreen resumes
• Manage external creative research agency for project briefs and maintenance
• Analyze data/statistics for client status report
• Develop sourcing/research strategy
• Participate in process of developing job descriptions and questionnaires for use in interviewing
• Analyze the different quality levels of design samples in portfolios to qualify candidates
• Participate in business development: active participation of design conferences, events & network

[REQUIREMENTS]

• Analytical mind / Good communication skill / Strong relationship building skill
• People Management Skill / Time Management Skill
• Business Mind / Aggressive mind / Self Motivated / Positive and professional attitude
• Good documentation skill / IT literacy (MS Office proficiency)
• Fluent English both in writing and speaking preferred

• 경력 무관 (신입 지원 가능)
• 대학교졸업(4년)이상

• 고용형태 : 위촉직 , 프리랜서
• 급여 : 면접 후 결정
• 근무지 : 서울 강남구 영동대로 602, 재택근무 가능
• 근무요일/시간 : 주 5일(월~금)
