#What's the role

We're looking for a Performance Marketer who can help drive brand growth through data-driven strategy and hands-on campaign execution. You'll collaborate with key partners, execute media plans across platforms like Google, YouTube, and Meta, and continuously analyze performance to deliver impact.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love testing ideas, and are always looking for smarter ways to grow, you'll fit right in.

#Essential responsibilities you'll own

Strengthen relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies and media plans

Operate and optimize campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and other major platforms

Analyze data to extract insights and build high-impact reports

Review and provide feedback on team members' performance marketing reports

#Who are we looking for

You love marketing, and you know how to connect creative with strategy. You're highly organized, calm under pressure, and capable of managing competing priorities without compromising on quality. You thrive in ambiguity, communicate clearly, and enjoy both working independently and collaborating with others. You're not just data-driven. You're action-driven.

#What will set you up for success

2+ years of experience in performance marketing

Fluent in both Korean and English

Passion for marketing and creativity, with the ability to bring ideas to life

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Clear, concise communication skills

Self-motivated with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Adaptable mindset with the courage to try new approaches
