인테리어 PM 프로젝트 매니저

▶ 담당업무ㆍProject Management

: Oversee the end-to-end store opening process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

ㆍClient Coordination

: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and brand guidelines are met.ㆍVendor & Contractor Management

: Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

ㆍQuality & Compliance

: Ensure all projects adhere to high-end retail standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

ㆍTimeline & Budget Control

: Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing any issues that arise.ㆍSite Supervision

: Conduct site visits to oversee progress, resolve challenges, and ensure quality control.

ㆍStakeholder Communication

: Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment at every stage.

▶지원자격

ㆍ학력: 초대졸 이상 (2,3년)ㆍ경력 : 무관 (주임, 대리, 과장급)

▶우대사항ㆍ건축/토목/조경/도시공학 전공자ㆍTOEIC 700급(점) 이상ㆍ영어가능자, 영어능통자ㆍ해당직무 알바&인턴&근무 경험자ㆍ컴퓨터활용능력 우수자(엑셀, 문서작성)ㆍ현장 유경험자ㆍ해외 여행에 결격 사유 없는 자

근무조건

ㆍ근무형태:정규직(수습기간)-3개월, 계약직(기간제/정규직 전환가능)-1년 ㆍ근무일시:주 5일(월~금) 09:00~18:00 ㆍ근무지역:(06164) 서울 강남구 영동대로 511 트레이드타워 1202호(삼성동) - 서울 2호선 삼성 에서 300m 이내
