ㆍ신제품 도입(NPI) 및 제조 프로젝트를 개념 단계부터 양산 안정화까지 총괄 관리

ㆍ프로젝트 범위, 일정, 비용 및 산출물을 정의하고 실행 계획 수립

ㆍStage-Gate 기반 프로젝트 관리 체계를 적용하여 체계적인 실행 및 거버넌스 확보

ㆍ영업, 엔지니어링, 운영, 품질, 공급망 등 부서 간 협업 및 팀 리딩

ㆍ프로젝트 일정, 예산 및 자원을 관리하고 마일스톤 및 핵심 경로(Critical Path) 추적

ㆍ프로젝트 리스크를 식별·평가하고 선제적 대응 및 완화 전략 수립

ㆍISO 13485, GMP 등 품질 및 규제 요건을 준수하여 프로젝트 수행

ㆍ설계 이전(Design Transfer), 검증 및 생산 준비 과정에서 품질 및 엔지니어링 팀과 협업

ㆍ생산 능력 향상, 공정 개선 및 원가 절감 프로젝트 추진

ㆍ제조 운영 구축 및 확장(그린필드/브라운필드) 프로젝트 지원

ㆍ프로젝트 진행 상황, 리스크 및 주요 의사결정을 이해관계자 및 경영진에 보고

ㆍ고객 대응 및 주요 커뮤니케이션 창구 역할 수행

ㆍ프로젝트 대시보드 및 보고 자료 작성 및 발표

ㆍ범위, 일정, 비용 변경 사항을 관리하고 대응 계획 수립

ㆍLead New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing projects from concept through production ramp-up and stabilization

ㆍDefine project scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables, and develop execution plans

ㆍApply Stage-Gate methodology to ensure structured execution and governance

ㆍLead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and

Supply Chain

ㆍManage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and track milestones and critical paths

ㆍIdentify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks

ㆍEnsure compliance with quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and GMP

ㆍCollaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on design transfer, validation,

and production readiness

ㆍDrive initiatives for capacity expansion, process improvement, and cost reduction

ㆍSupport manufacturing build-outs and expansions (greenfield and brownfield projects)

ㆍProvide regular updates on project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership

ㆍServe as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders

ㆍPrepare and present project dashboards and executive reports

ㆍManage scope, schedule, and cost changes and develop mitigation plans

자격요건

ㆍ경력 2년 이상

ㆍ대학교졸업(4년)이상

ㆍ필수 자격 요건 (Minimum Qualifications)

• 엔지니어링 또는 관련 기술 분야 학사 학위
• 총 2~5년 이상의 관련 경력 보유 (프로젝트/프로그램 관리 경험 1~3년 포함)
• 금속 성형 또는 정밀 제조를 포함한 의료기기 신제품 도입(NPI) 및 제조 공정에 대한 이해
• 복잡한 제조 프로젝트에서 범위(Scope), 일정(Schedule), 비용(Cost) 및 부서 간 팀을

관리한 경험

• 우수한 커뮤니케이션, 리더십 및 이해관계자 관리 역량
• 엔지니어링 도면, 기술 사양 및 제조 문서를 해석할 수 있는 능력
• 프로젝트 관리 도구 및 시스템 활용 능력 (예: MS Project, Jira 등)
• 필요 시 국제 출장 가능

ㆍBachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.

ㆍMinimum 2-5 years of industry experience, including 1–3 years in a project or program management role.

ㆍStrong knowledge of medical device New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing processes, including metal forming or precision manufacturing.

ㆍProven experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and cross-functional teams on complex manufacturing projects.

ㆍStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

ㆍAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

ㆍProficiency with project management tools and systems.

ㆍAbility to travel internationally, as needed.

ㆍ석사 학위 (엔지니어링, 운영, 경영 등)

ㆍPE(사모펀드) 기반 조직 경험

ㆍ의료기기/생명과학/규제 제조 산업 경험:

ㆍSingle-use assemblies

ㆍBioprocessing components

ㆍMedical textiles

ㆍAdvanced engineered materials

ㆍISO 13485 경험 (우대)

ㆍPMP, Lean, Six Sigma 등 자격증

ㆍ제조 운영 구축 및 확장 경험 (그린필드/브라운필드)

ㆍ디지털 제조, 자동화, MES, 데이터 분석 경험

ㆍMaster’s degree in engineering, operations, or business.

ㆍExperience in private-equity-backed organizations, particularly during periods of transformation or rapid growth.

ㆍBackground in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing, including :

• Single-use assemblies
• Bioprocessing components
• Medical textiles
• Advanced engineered materials

ㆍISO 13485 experience is strongly preferred.

ㆍCertification in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.

ㆍExperience establishing or scaling manufacturing operations, including greenfield and brownfield facilities.

ㆍExposure to digital manufacturing, automation, MES, or advanced analytic
