The Job:

As a QA Engineer, you’ll be part of our QA team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to:

• Manage quality communication with customers and suppliers, responding to requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead incoming inspection and shipment inspection activities to ensure product conformity and prevent nonconforming product release.
• Plan and execute periodic inspections/tests per customer specifications, and prepare data-driven inspection/test reports.
• Prepare, review, and submit customer-required quality documents (e.g., shipment inspection reports and periodic inspection submissions) with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Handle customer complaint, claims and nonconforming product issues, including root-

cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and on-site customer support when required.

• Track and manage quality status for OEM and related customer deliveries (e.g., HKMC,

Tier 1), and communicate key issues/requirements internally.

• Manage measuring instruments and calibration programs to maintain inspection accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
• Drive supplier quality management and improvement activities, including strengthening controls to prevent defects from suppliers and supporting annual supplier quality audits

(SQ).

• Support OEM/customer quality systems and portals (e.g., Vaatz, GQMS, Partner),

including required reporting and data updates.

• Create and submit PPAP documentation and coordinate customer approval requirements.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience including at least 3 years in Automotive field
• Majored in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
• Ability to use product measurement-related devices
• Work efficiently with other departments in an altruistic manner
• Good understanding of HMC’s quality requirements and familiar with using Vaatz,

GQMS, Partner, etc

• Smooth Excel and PPT, additionally Auto CAD is preferred
• Business level of English is required
