• Lead product development and innovation activities for the Korea market, driving the successful delivery of new products, product improvements, and commercialization initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.

◈ 경력 요건

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Packaging Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within R&D or product development functions.
• Proven experience leading innovation or product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of ingredients, manufacturing processes, and food technologies.
• Business English

• Experience leading R&D teams within the food or consumer products industry.
• Experience working within regional or global organizations.
