담당업무

Office Close Support position handles a variety of tailored needs of the ORA office, including local procurements, warehouse management, cargo handling and chauffeuring. This position serves as team lead and direct supervisor to other LE Staff assigned to office and responsible for on the job training as needed. Perform other duties as needed.

자격요건

Experience

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management, supply management, or inventory management, of which a minimum of 1 year professional driving experience is required.

Language

This may be tested

Level III (Good Working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Level III (Good Working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing Korean is required. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take an English language test unless official English language test scores (TOEIC scores of at least 785/ TOEFL scores of at least 72) are submitted with application.

Job Knowledge

Thorough knowledge of property management, warehousing, receiving/inspection procedures and inventory management is essential. Knowledge of administrative best practices.

Skills And Abilities

Experience in embassy support operations, including material handling and driving. Ability to effectively prioritize, lead and communicate office needs. The incumbent must possess the ability and skills to analyze the extent of damage to property, photograph damage in order to provide a detailed written statement and recommendation for repair or replacement of damaged property.

Able to properly operate material handling equipment (forklift) and larger sized commercial trucks. The incumbent should have had a driver’s license for a minimum of five years. Must have a valid, current class one-regular local driver license is required.

Forklift license required within 1 year of the hire date.

Education Requirements: Completion of High School is required.
