Responsibilities and Duties

• Mechanical design activity includes;

o Customer requirements review and fix o Customer/Internal drawing release and design documentation o Vehicle layout package regarding performance requirement

• Clarify and elicit the customer requirements to align the customer requirements and internal implementations
• ODS (Occupant Detection System) development and verification test for meet the customer requirement in Korea site
• System performance engineer for Korean OEM, ODS performance algorithm understanding and developing test case
• Development activity includes ODS performance, documentation and verification as an system performance engineer responsible
• OEM Customer interface/communication
• Collaborate with global resource for system performance review

Basic Qualifications

• 2 year experience in Automotive system and performance on design, test, verification or equivalent field
• Fluent CATIA 2D, 3D capability
• At least bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, MS preferred
• Fluent English in writing and speaking is a must

Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with the vehicle passenger seat design, or automotive passive safety system integration design (Airbag system or Occupant sensing system)
• Good knowledge of FMVSS208, embedded software or hardware design
• FMVSS208 test experience
• CAN communication experience – CANoe, CANalyzer or etc
