My name is Arbie Torotoro, I'm 33 years Old and I'm from Philippines. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Agribusines. I was working in a Local Airline Company in Philippines for almost 12yrs as a Fuel Inventory Analyst-SAP. I'm currently living in Osan City and studying in Osan University for the Korean Language Program. I'm proficient in MS word, Excel, powerpoint and Outlook. I'm hard working person and I can easily adapt and I'm willing to learn new things.

Requests from suppliers/vendors the needed delivery receipts and invoice to process payment.
Validate transactions based on delivery receipts, Invoice received from supplier and AIMS (Airline Information Management System) and/or SAP (Systems Applications Products)
Perform data input in system (SAP) of all fuel transactions per location/airport accurately
Prepares the Purchase Order (PO) for all Jet A-1 transactions in SAP
Coordination with Vendors when there is issue with Invoice, quantity shipped, price and etc.
Computes the Fuel Price (based on applicable MOPS) per supplier, peso (PHP) or US Dollar (USD) rate.
Coordinate with Treasury Bills and/or supplier for the timely payment of transactions. Ensure to forward documents needed for USD bank funding requirements.
Prepare monthly Fuel expense report
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
