Creating internal sales order records and procedures.

Processing a high volume of purchase orders
Issuing Delivery notes for received purchase orders.
Processing invoices for all sales transactions with 100% accuracy, which is achieved by self-designed Excel sheet.
Maintain an accurate record on daily basis, of all active contracts, invoices and purchase orders that must be processed.
Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date on Odoo system.
Generating reports to our finance team includes incoming invoices, issued invoices and remaining revenues.
Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure required documentation is provided within allotted time frame.
Managing tender documentation production and review for accuracy and completion.
Working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders /providing service to customers.
Send/Receive correspondence internally and externally via email/phone.
Provide admin assistance to Sales Team (Prepare sales related documents, producing letters, memos, filing; and company documents,)
Designing electronic file systems and maintaining electronic and paper files.
Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
