In my current role, I oversee comprehensive accounting functions for an educational institution serving hundreds of students and employing over 250 staff. This includes managing full-cycle payroll (salaries, overtime, deductions, allowances, and final settlements), tuition fee collections and reconciliations, monthly MIS reporting, variance analysis, and expense control. I supervise the accounts team, coordinate with banks and stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and institutional policies.
