Greetings of the day,
Please find my attached profile, may I request to consider my profile for possible opportunities as .I have a total of 10 years of experience across the hospitality business which included successfully opening a restaurant for the company and have the role of senior chef de partie for 7 years currently Based in Bahrain Currently I am working with Jaw Resort and Spa as senior chef de partie. I have worked with high end Stand-alone restaurant and hotels and cloud kitchen concept. I have a solid base which I got from working with gulf group of hotels and ramee group.
I am seeking Higher roles in Culinary operations, which I will leave to your Fine Judgement.
I am a very passionate individual with excellent people skills using which I can create a good database of high profile guest, expert in P&L analysis working closely to get cost in line with budget for making business profitable. An expert in pre-opening operations.
As for salary expectations, I will leave it company standards and Market survey.
