Senior financial officer

• Analyze client’s financial position, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, feasibility studies, and financial ratios.
• Manage ,validate, control, and approve day-to-day financial operations
• Attend Commercial Credit Committees to approve/ reject/ defend commercial files
• Conduct commentary periodical call reports 
• Promote the bank’s products and services by cross-selling deals
• Monitor and reschedule past due loans and commercial facilities 
• Insure executive market coverage of several areas: Keserwan (7 branches), North (9 branches) and South (9 branches)
• Study and revise with the Management on budget, cost, credit policy, pricing ,discounts and special rates
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory departments by revising/approving the related commercial contracts
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans focused on both financial gain and marketing processes, and analytics 
• Collaborate with branch managers ,regional managers and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and market penetration
• Compile the credit report and formulate conclusions and credit recommendations
• Conducting periodical on-site visits to clients
• Perform coaching, leading, training to branches and regional business stream leaders to implement business development plans and holding one-on-one support sessions
• Conduct market research in conformity with clients’ different sectors 
• Work with product specialists (EIB, FIB,IFC, …) to structure innovative and customized solutions to meet clients’ needs and clear obstacles 
• Address customer satisfaction by introducing solutions in building and strengthening an effective commercial/financial portfolio in a tailored method
