Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key suppliers to source high quality electro-mechanical and HVAC products.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to meet project requirements and client budgets.
• Conduct meetings with suppliers to gather critical data and latest updates in their products and software.
• Perform products technical selections and performance calculations based on given data and schedules.
• Conduct cost calculations and manage risk assessments to provide accurate and reliable DDP cost estimates.
• Prepare and audit quotations, compliance sheets and material submittals.
• Guide teammates to work more efficiently, fix their problems and upskill them.
• Make strategic decisions, master the workflow and serve as the voice of the team.
