I am socially significant and that means where ever I find myself in terms of working I most times make positive impact by helping others , encouraging and motivating to ensure our collective goal is achieve quickly through effective team work . Being socially significant also means I put myself into the shoes of others and fill their pain and problems which allow me to understand them at that point and not judge them wrongly so far as the job performance is concerned. I have about 18yrs of experience in the hotel industry so far as working is concerned. I started from the front office at the bottom and rose to the top hierarchy of management so far as hotel structure is concerned
