• Preparing ingredients, including chopping, peeling, making sauces and marinating food by following the recipes and cooking proceduresto ensure consistency and the quality of dishes.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and cooked dishes to meet the restaurant's standards and customer expectations
• Cooking and plating dishes under the supervision of the Head Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Performing all the dutiesincluding food preparation , serving and clean up within required time frames.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and assist in the other duties as directed by the Head chef.
• Maintaining effective inventory levels monitor usage.
