I teach entrepreneurship the way it should be taught - through experience, dialogue, and real stakes. A PhD from JMI and 4.5 years at one of India's leading centres for innovation underpin my work as a Faculty and Course Coordinator in Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, and experiential management education. My research focuses on women entrepreneurs in constrained zones - stories that rarely make it into journals but urgently need to - with contributions to international platforms including the UN Human Rights Council (2025).
Experienced in mentoring student startups, designing practice-oriented curricula, and engaging with global research networks, I bring both institutional depth and a genuine sense of mission to building inclusive, innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems in higher education.
