As Head of Operations, I oversee a diverse workforce across hospitality, manufacturing, and retail, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery for over 1,300 employees and multiple client sites. My role spans all major hospitality functions — with deep hands-on experience in F&B and solid operational understanding of housekeeping, front office, kitchen, maintenance, and stewarding.
I manage end-to-end operations, from workforce planning and recruitment to client relations, service performance, and continuous improvement. My approach is practical, people-driven, and grounded in real on-the-floor experience. I put myself in the roles we manage, ensuring I understand the challenges of each position and can support both clients and employees with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
I lead a team of senior coordinators and department heads, drive structural improvements, optimise cost and quality, and ensure high service standards across all industries we support.
