• *Role Description:**

Bridges Interface Analysts are the primary contact for assigned interfaces. They coordinate analysis sessions, create technical designs, and manage issue triage to implement and support interfaces. They work closely with project managers, application teams, and technical teams to ensure interfaces meet end-user needs.

• *Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full implementation cycle of interfaces, APIs, and web services (FHIR included)
• Gather requirements, configure interfaces, and support issue resolution
• Monitor and resolve interface errors and risks
• Coordinate testing, build, cutover, and go-live activities
• Work with developers on data-translation strategies
• Provide proactive monitoring and support for live interfaces
• *Key Competencies:
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder coordination abilities
• *Training & Certification:**

Epic Bridges training and certification required.

Responsible for overseeing implementation and support of Bridges interfaces. This role manages scope, tracks risks, coordinates vendors, and ensures interface health post go-live.

• *Management Responsibilities:
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and quality
• Establish processes between analysts and interface teams
• Manage escalations and cross-team coordination
• Coach team members and manage deliverables
• *Core Responsibilities:
• Guide interface design, build, and testing
• Work with Epic, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project status and prioritize issue resolution
• *Key Competencies:
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• *Training & Certification:

Epic Bridges training and certification required.

• Position: Epic Beaker Analyst (Application Analyst)
• • Location:

Onsite – Guadalajara / Mexico City / Monterrey

• *Role Description:**

Primary support contact for Beaker application responsible for workflow coordination, troubleshooting, system configuration, and user support.

• *Responsibilities:
• Support end users and resolve application issues
• Guide workflow design, testing, and system builds
• Act as liaison between users and Epic teams
• Maintain communication with stakeholders
• Provide training and ongoing support
• *Key Competencies:
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• *Special Qualification:**

Familiarity with lab workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient systems.

• *Training & Certification:**

Epic Beaker certification required.
