With more than 27 years of experience in roles such as Account Executive, Service Executive, Managed Service Chief Operational Officer, Service Delivery Manager, Customer Care Manager, Transport and Access Support Engineer. Most of these roles directly in Ericsson Telecom. Implement CRM, management and promoting resources focused on clients, presenting a clear business solution, budget control, strategic planning, in charge of the P&L (“Profit & Loss”), sales-focused project pipeline, balanced scorecard, “forecasting” –through a control panel and information management tool “dashboard”–.
Interrelation with the areas of: Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Logistics, Customer Service (CRM), IT and Legal. Effective communication at all levels to standardize service levels, empowerment and creation of multidisciplinary work teams. Operation and compliance with regulations - adhering to best practices.
Risk scouting and process improvement / KPIs, performance indicators for measurement focused on the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for investors and management panel
