My name is Daniela and I have +4 years of Recruiting, lately since 3 years ago I been focus in IT positions, I found my passion there and in always being updating myself with the advances and new requirements managers need.

I have participated in the full life cycle recruiting, working alongside managers who are in the

United States, and developing strategies that can help us find the right candidate, also I have experience working with positions not only in Mexico but also recruiting for the United

States as well as Salvador, and Colombia. I am a responsible, hard working, organized, I like to build long term relationships with my managers and team members.
