- Identified proven technologies in research centers and universities from all over the world for its implementation in the strategic PEMEX projects with the aim to achieve process efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborated in the evaluation of competencies of 300 geoscientists, identifying and closing knowledge gaps through the implementation of an effective training program.
- Updated stratigraphic – structural models of the GOM (Mexican part) to determine with major precision the distribution and quality of the rocks of the petroleum system.
- Builded and updated 3D geological models with the integration of well data, seismic facies, sequence stratigraphy, seismic attributes and reservoir information for the Pokche, Teca, Uchbal, Suuk, Mulach and Xolotl fields.
- Generated geologic log cross sections and correlated formations zones to a better stratigraphic-structural understanding of the reservoir.
- Characterized petrographically core samples and thin sections from Jurassic, Cretaceous and Tertiary ages of reservoir zones to determine the rock quality (lithology, porosity, permeability and fluids saturation).
- Created an institutional database of porosity, permeability, temperature and reservoir pressures from exploratory and development wells to support in the decision-making for new drilling operations in the near future.
- Supervised the data capture of the mudlogging, LWD/MWD and coring operations.
- Verified the correct functioning of the drilling parameter sensors before to be installed on the rig platforms.
- Prepared and delivered final well geological reports to the Mexican regulatory authority (SENER and CNH).
- Elaborated presentations for internal team meetings and showed the project findings to senior management at the end of the term.

- Supervised the drilling parameters and elaborated the continuous logging hydrocarbon graphs for the shale gas exploratory wells in the Burgos basin.
- Described well cutting samples (siliciclastic and carbonates) using stereo microscope.
- Prepared and described thin sections for micropaleontological analysis.
- Washed and packaged cutting samples.
- Installed at the borehole the drilling parameter sensors.
