With over 10 years of experience in strategic, financial, and operational planning, project management, and human resources, I was a HRBP Leader at Tecnológico de Monterrey, one of the leading educational institutions in Latin America. I have a Master in Business Administration, a Master in Human Development, and a Registered Financial Specialist certification.
In my HRBP role, I support the National Social Sciences & Government School in achieving its academic and organizational goals, by designing and implementing HR policies and programs for talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, budget control, and quality standards. I am passionate about creating a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering social leadership and corporate responsibility, and enhancing the global vision and competitiveness of the School.
