Generate invoices for maintenance events. ● Create maintenance work orders and follow thru till finished. ● Assign maintenance jobs and make sure they're done on time. ● Email owner for approvals. ● Responding to a tenant’s maintenance requests. ● Coordinate with inhouse maintenance techs or vendors.
