I have been in the call center industry for more than 7 years. I am a technical support specialist and have many years of experience on customer service. I have worked previoustly for Tata Consultancy Services, Alorica, TCL, Beliveo amongst other companies. Looking for a stable job to stay many years.
I worked for Tata Consultancey Services for more than 3 years. I was a supervisor/team leader. Started out as an agent and later became a supervisor. Also worked at TCL for 3 years doing tech support on issues regarding devices not working properly. Issues could be software or hardware on phones, tablets, and other devices. I also helped process warranty for those devices.
I finished high school at Cullman High School in Cullman, Alabama. I finished all my school from Elementary to high school.
