- During my time at National Rural Telecommunication, I had the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where I focused on troubleshooting various services.
- Primary responsibilities included assisting customers with internet connectivity issues and ensuring they had reliable access to streaming services.
- Helped reset passwords for email accounts, which was crucial for maintaining their online security and access.
- Frequently dealt with Wi-Fi issues, guiding customers through the process of reconnecting their devices and optimizing their home networks. One of the more technical aspects of my role involved resetting set-top boxes (STBs) for televisions.
- Ensured that all streaming programs were running smoothly, providing step-by-step instructions to customers so they could enjoy their favorite shows without interruptions.
- This experience not only enhanced my technical skills but also allowed me to develop strong communication abilities as I worked closely with customers to resolve their concerns.
