-Maintain communication and direct relationship with the customer in relation to quality issues in the product of service
-Monitoring and maintenance of customer portals and Balance Score Cards
-Customer care
-Proactively investigates field issues from customer data sources
-Ensure that the awareness of the customer-specific requirements
-Quality meetings with the customer
-Coordinate and implement a structured problem-solving analysis
-Continuous improvement and lesson learned process regarding customer quality cases
-FA reports and follow up by customer requirements
-RMA & CMA follow up
-Production floor follow up
-Communication with supplier´s, meeting calls
-Monitors customer returns and portals to ensure timely response
-NPI´s, use of quality core tools PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, QCP, SPC
