As a Critical Incident Manager at NTT DATA Services, I am responsible for coordinating and resolving major incidents that affect the availability and performance of IT services for global clients. I leverage my skills in ServiceNow, incident management, and problem solving to ensure timely and effective communication, escalation, and resolution of critical issues. I have over five years of experience in incident management, having previously worked as an Incident Analyst at Syntax and a Lead Incident Manager at T-Systems México.
I hold a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from IBERO Puebla. I am passionate about delivering high-quality IT services and improving customer satisfaction and business continuity. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional development in the field of IT service management.
